Miles card own ^ ^ ~ Chocolate Mousse cookies

material:
whole wheat biscuits 200g, butter 60g, fresh cream 150ml, gelatin 10 grams, milk (I used wheat flavor of the breakfast milk) 100ml, dark chocolate 50g, chocolate chip amount (for decoration)
practice:
